The Legal Team of Monrovia City Mayor, Jefferson Tamba Koijee, has put up a US$5,000 bounty for anyone who provides sensitive information leading to the arrest of individuals involved in the armed robbery attack on the home Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott.
A day after the Liberia National Police threatened to take legal action against former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott and others if they did not avail themselves for questioning, Cllr. Scott has refuted reports of non-cooperation with the Liberia National Police(LNP) since the death of her daughter.
The Liberia National Police(LNP) has invited former Chief Justice, Gloria Musu Scott, Gertrude Newton, Rebecca Youdeh Wisner and Alice Johnson for further questioning at the Headquarters of the LNP in connection to the alleged armed robbery incident at the home of the former Chief Justice, which resulted to the untimely death of Miss. Charloe Musu on February 22, 2023.
A local manager of Home Lib Cargo Service has been exonerated from further criminal investigation, as there was no evidence to link him to the crimes.
Days after series of concerns from the public relating the death of former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott’s daughter death, and with accusing fingers at Varlee Telleh, an officer of the Monrovia City Police (MCP), the accused has denied knowing the home of Madam Scott.
The Heritage has reliably learnt that the former Chief Justice of Liberia, Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott and some of her relatives are supposedly refusing to talk to the police investigators of the Liberia National Police(LNP) regarding the attack and murder that took place at her Brewerville Residence.
The ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) has condemned in the strongest possible terms, the recent attack at the home of former Chief Justice, Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott, an incident that led to the untimely death of a family member and severe bodily injuries to another.
